  | Master Bathroom Remodel | Jun 2015 | We removed all bathroom fixtures, glass enclosure, cabinetry, mirrors, light fixtures, base trim ,floor tile down to the subfloor Removed drywall as necessary to expose the framing at walls to be reframed and removed from floor to ceiling. Remove subfloor where necessary under the tub to expose plumbing drains and water service, move water and drain service for the tub to new location adjacent to the commode closet walls per drawing. Trimmed out all plumbing per the following; (a)installation of tub (b)tub faucet & matching drain and waste overflow (c)shower valve trim & head kit (d)sink faucets & drain assembly (e)make all water and drain service connections (f)install a tempering valve for the tub unit according to building code (g)reinstallation of existing commode. Installed 3cm granite countertops to sit atop the installed cabinets with std edge detail, under-mounted white bowls. We installed new matching baseboard to perimeter walls, reinstall removed door unit to commode closet & trim out the newly installed window with matching casings. Primed raw drywall, caulk all trim as necessary to prepare for painting. Painted to cover the ceiling with high hiding flat ceiling white. Paint to cover walls two coats max with egg shell sheen professional interior paint finishes from PPG | $30k | Birmingham, AL |
