QBS property maintenance has done an extremely unsatisfactory job this winter season 2017/2018. They not only do not show up after heavy snowfalls (sometimes for over 6 hours). Three times this season I hired another snow plow contractor to plow our driveway, even though we had paid for annual service! They also do not reply to phone calls beseeching that they come and plow you out because you are stuck at home. I will never use them again - and strongly recommend that you do not if you wish to leave your garage after heavy snowfalls. Bad service from a snow plowing standpoint and bad customer service as well!
