Deans Service Inc are very professional when it comes to getting things done incorrectly, I’m referring to the management and their cost contract . Although the Hvac guys are pretty good. But it took them three months to get a refund for the incorrect adjustment of what Deans Service owed me. I should not have wasted my time waiting for their response this long!

Dishonest management, their contracts for installation furnace is not guaranteed fees and costs. The owner name and location is fake , be aware! They continuously write fake reviews for their business because the fact of the matter is they aren’t experienced! It’s unfair to all Hvac companies in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania! I actually ended up going with an amazing Hvac company Fresh Air Flow, or any other!

Not a good experience, I had the air duct cleaning for Air duct cleaning for $449 special promotion. The service was okay, but the Hvac guy was rude and left me dust balls stuck in the vents that I had to clean after! Unfortunately it was a problem getting these guys back to clean up the mess. The Hvac guy must have done a half a job, because he was in a hurry. When I complained to the office manager Holy Bowen, she spoke to me completely inappropriately and unprofessionally. Thanks for leaving me dust bunnies, especially during allergy season!!!!

Charged $99.00 for doing nothing. I said to this dreadful company, there is a leak coming from the Hvac ! I complained there is definitely a leak. Holy Bowen the office manager told me on the phone we could fix it, no problem! I even took a picture for proof so Deans Service can see exactly where the leak is coming from! Your service agent said they could seal where the water was coming from but not fix the pipe this company was a total waste of my working day, so don't worry I'll never call your unprofessional company again. Horrible experience ever!
