Dealing with this company has been awful. They repair man came shipped the part together and left. My Lg machine was full of mold and the part fell in as soon as he left. I call and he would not come back. He lied in his notes to LG and when he came out the second time he would not fix the part and call he company and left. To this day my machine it still not fixed.

The service guy was nice. He left never said anything… I’ve called their office left messages called Frigidaire they can not get in touch. Three messages and five days with no reply I’m over it. I can’t say anything about the work none was done! The customer service is nonexistent .

My Washer has been broke for at least 6 times and the warranty complete assigned them to fix it, they came out at least 3 times and they could never get it fixed correctly. Now I'm assuming it was just a lemon washer but where's my big issue with this company. They were assigned a work order to try and fix it again but they rejected the offer from Home Depot, but didn't let me know so I took off work and lost 150.00 dollars because they never showed up. Yes I'm sure it's Home Depots fault but they could have given me a call call to let me know they weren't coming. My dryer just broke and they were assigned the work but again rejecting coming out to fix it, and of course not letting me know. Buyer beware of this company!!!

Have a Frigidaire under warranty, they came out unplugged it said it's fixed. Still doesn't cool, have to turn it to high for 38 degrees. Manager says nothing wrong, poor communication & poor service. Contacted Frigidaire report them
