Salvation Electric

I’m giving this company one star, but only because there is no option for zero. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The owner told me that he would come to my home to look at what I needed, and then he would send his “crew” to do the work. He sent his crew first, and they couldn’t give me a price for anything. The owner called me and told me his crew was still outside my home and they were coming back in to take pictures of the work and they would send the pictures to him. Long story short, they drove off and I never heard from them again. The workers showed up with nothing to identify themselves as employees of this company. These people are awful!

Erick is amazing. He went above and beyond for the inspection on my new home last July. I had him come back for other jobs in the Fall. As a client, I was impressed when he called to wish me a Merry Christmas. He's very thorough, detail oriented, timely and fairly priced for a qualified electrician.

His pricing was reasonable and he was very friendly and easy to work with, at least initially. After paying him 6/7th of the total fee he flaked on me and didn't come back. He made up numerous excuses...his wife was sick....he got a temporary job out of town....his dad died. Not only that, but he used the wrong size wire (110 feet of it that can't be returned). Now we're left having to pay someone to finish the job and have to pay for thicker, more expensive wire. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy (well, maybe I would).
