Some projects may require a licensed General Contractor and/or a Registered Architect or Engineer. Design Fees: My design fees are very affordable, usually $250. - $2,500. depending on the size and scope of the project, quoted up front, fully transparent, and never commingled with customer's project funds for materials and labor.
