Hired Sam Brown in Jan 2019 to fix a zone on my sprinkler system that wouldn't shut off. Mr. Brown diagnosed the problem as a "sticking valve". He replaced the valve and encouraged me to replace another valve too because "eventually that valve will become a problem due to its age". I agreed to have the second valve replaced based on his recommendation. He completed the job late into the evening and said he tested the system and everything was operating as it should be. I discovered, after he was paid, the zone I hired him to fix was not fixed; the water still would not shut off. Sam Brown did not fulfill his promise to return and fix the problem. Each time I texted him, he promised to return "tomorrow"; "tomorrow" never came. He said his service is warranted; however, obviously that's not true. Also, one of the valves he replaced is now sticking and will not shut off. I texted him about that valve on 4/14/2019 and he didn't respond. Mr. Brown is not an honest business man and I will not recommend using his service. He lacks integrity!

My neighbor and I hired this company to put in a sprinkler system - one at his house and one at mine. When they finished the projects it was out of sight out of mind. I had a leak the same week where the city water meter continually ran as one of the irrigation pipes was broken. I hired a plumber to fix the leak; another $185 which the owner said he'd reemburse me which did not happen. The owner, Sam said you couldn't have a separate shut off valve for both the ECUA water and the sprinkler system. My plumber put in 2 shut off valves this way if the sprinkler system ever had a leak again I can shut it off and still have house water. Sam said he'd come back the following week and adjust the sprinkler heads - this did not happen. I called and I had a sprinkler that did not work. I've called at least 10 times and Sam has not came by nor has he returned my phone calls. Additionally, he said when he was putting in the sprinkler system (thousands of dollars cost) that he warranted his work even if a year past which was in writing on his contract. This is not true as he hasn't made good on his word.
