I work from home, and I was amazed at how the Gibson Pro Paint team went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Their team moved all the wall hangings, drapes and furniture at no extra charge and left our home in pristine condition. Their attention to detail far surpassed all my expectations. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted Roland Gibson for a quote for a potential exterior painting job. He told me he would have the quote to me within a certain timeframe. That timeframe passed. I touched base soon after to follow up since he didn’t follow through with the quote, and he assured me (a second time) he would have the quote for me “For sure” later that day. He didn’t follow through (a second time). I contact him, yet again, for follow-up. He responds, “I’m sorry but I’m gonna pass on the job”. No explanation given. Didn’t follow through (either time) on providing an estimate and final response was not only short and rude, but overall unprofessional. So thankful I didn’t hire this one. Blessing in disguise. Very poor business ethic - very, very poor. Stay away from this guy.
