ABOVE AND BEYOND to say the least !!!!!!! Our technician Phillip was a super stellar and stand-up guy! It all started less then a month ago we were having drain issues and we had another technician out to clear the lines. He did an okay job and got the water flowing again. However yesterday the pipes started backing up again. So I called the office to get a technician back out to the house since it was within their 30 day guarantee and I was blessed enough to get Phillip as my technician this time. Right away Phillip called me and got me on the schedule for that day and then Mother Nature decided to give us rain and a lot of it. So do to safety issues with working in the rain ( Safety First is the only right way) Phillip had to postpone the job until the morning and the rain kept coming throughout the entire day. However, Phillip kept in touch with me every few hours with an update in regards to him trying to find a window in this crazy Florida weather. 10 hours this went on for but the window finally happened and he was there about an hour before dark to SAVE TGE DAY!!!. Then with his hard work , expertise, and an over all positive attitude got the drains flowing better then ever before. By the time he was done I could not thank him enough!!! And to that I say….THANK YOU Phillip at Roto-Rooter Pensacola I will be forever be recommending you all to all family,friends or anyone that needs a drain or drain line cleared.
