The solar power will provide 106 MWh of AC energy annually. The system was installed in conjunction with a re-roof of the building. In the first 25 years of the Tampa MARFORRES solar system's lifetime, it is expected to offset more than 4 million pounds of greenhouse gas that would otherwise have been emitted by coal or fossil-fuel-generated electricity.
