I hired Jeff and his Dad to tile my shower. The job they did wasn't bad, but I lined him up to do another job and he didn't show up, would not answer my calls, and did not answer my text messages. Additionally, the grout they installed is two different colors colors now and when I contacted Jeff for assistance he does not respond.
