Just wanted you to know that I thank you for making my yard look so nice. I actually went out on the patio and sat for a little while this morning. I am just thrilled to have you take care of my front yard. Thank you again for working with me on this it really means a lot to me.

Unlike the one, and only, previous review, my experience with the owner, Ryan, was far from acceptable. I contacted them due to being listed thru Lowe's as company to use. In the initial call, I explained that my landscape is very easy to maintain. He quoted me $50 per hour for 3 men. Since I have been doing the care myself, I am very confident that it would not take more than an hour, and I mentioned this to him. We agreed upon an appointment time between 10 and 12 to come to my home to review what would be needed. When 12:15 came around, I called to ask where he was and got a voice mail. In fact every time I attempted to contact him, to establish a time, he does not answer his cell, as if to screen the call. He did not call me back so I called him again at 12:30. He then told me to find someone else because he could not make it out to my home, and hung up on me. I called him right back and confirmed that he did hang up on me. He said he told me he could not come out and to find someone else. When I told him I was going to report this to Porch and the BBB, his tone of voice changed and apologized, but still did not want my business. I truly believe that my job is just too small to bother with or to care about my time and he should have said that up-front. This is not a company that Lowe's should be referring.
