I have been doing handywoman repairs for six years. I have also been working as an apprentice to a master plumber for the past two years and he currently accompanies me on all jobs. I am available between 8:00a – 7:00p, 7 days a week. My prices are upfront, honest, and fair; they are based on the scope of the project and not by the hour. I believe in open and honest communication with you from start to finish. I like to keep my customers informed about what I’m doing and why. SERVICES AVAILABLE: • Toilet repair - $95 each plus parts • Toilet replacement - $125 (discount on multiple toilets) • Shower valve replacement - $150 plus parts • Shower cartridge replacement - $125 plus parts • Bathroom faucet replacement - $125 (or $175 for 2) plus parts • Faucet/Toilet Shut-off valve replacement - $95 for 2 ($25 each additional one) plus parts • Bathtub/shower installation - $1,950 (Kits shown in pictures include: tub, shower walls/pan, walls, glass door (shower only), shower valve, tear out, haul off, installation and trim out) • Clogged drains (does not include main sewer drain) - $125 • Kitchen faucet replacement - $125 plus parts • Kitchen sink replacement - $175 plus parts • Garbage disposal repair - $95 plus parts • Garbage disposal replacement - $125 plus parts • Yard water leak repair - $250 plus parts • Outside faucets leak repair - $125 plus parts • Sprinkler heads replacement/repair- $150 (up to 10 heads) plus parts OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: • Drywall repair • Assembly • Haul-offs (Junk Removal) - $150 (per truckload pickup) including dump fees o Trailer available for larger haul-offs o Must provide pictures for estimate
