Austin Area Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I was charged $130 for a diagnostic fee. Found out it was the tub causing the leak and was charged $150 to re caulk. When it was time to pay I was charged $10.67 for a cc fee since I was paying with a card. Then $24.95 for what the invoice says Trans S/C. $35.62 dollars were unexpected charges that were brought up at the end. The plumber did not wear a mask. I don't see the concern for customers with that. I was charged twice. I am now waiting on a check in the mail because of the pandemic the RR office is closed and I'm assuming that means the doors have chains on them and nobody has a key? I get people are working from home but having $315.62 extra charged to my bank account is an emergency. Yet again I don't see the concern for customers. The plumber also wrote on the invoice that he did not perform house inspection. At the time I didn't think anything about it but now I read online....free home inspections upon completion of our jobs.
