Bill Carpenter is CHI's main home inspector, and after growing up in a family of General Contractors and working since his early teens has gained a wealth of knowledge in Construction practices and techniques. He built his first house at the age of 24 and became a licensed General Contractor at the age of 29. Twenty five years of experience as a Licensed Building Contractor, Landlord, and now Home Inspector, Bill continues to push to be the most professional and competent inspector possible. Carpenters Home Inspections is built on the principles that were taught to me by my professional peers. Bill goes above and beyond the set standards in order to protect my client and provide them with the most comprehensive inspection available.
