Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Called the day before the appointment to confirm. Appointment day comes and it was a no call no show. Called 5 times before I got an answer and the gentleman I spoke with said they got too busy. Asked why I wasn’t contacted and he couldn’t give me an answer. Extremely unprofessional company Update: After leaving this review the same gentleman called me back begging me to remove the review and that he’ll make it right. He asked me what time worked best for me and he’ll 100% be there on time and complete the work. I told him to come today at 9am and no later. Well to no surprise 9am comes and no one shows. I waited until 9:45am and decided to leave. Someone arrived at 10:05am and texted me they were there. Over An HOUR late just one day after a no call no show. I should also mention that the text today blamed the lateness on the employee who schedules the appointments. Well they must have not known that I spoke with that employee last week when I initially scheduled and it was her last day. The guy I spoke with yesterday also confirmed she quit last week but they blamed her for the lateness today. Glad I decided to wait before I deleted this review. Extremely unprofessional company. Seek elsewhere
