I called Tavella Electric because I needed help installing a ceiling fan in a high cathedral ceiling. Justin came over and gave me expert advise. It turns out that I had a wrong part, which we discovered after disassembling the fan and structure. He explained what I needed then left. No charge for the visit or work. He said to pay him when he came back. I found the correct piece and called. He made it back within a day or so. Had me look to make sure I liked the way it was put together. Finished the job. Charged original price even though he made two trips. I highly recommend Justin based on my experience. Great work, honest, clear, fair price. I saved his info in my phone and will call if I have any electrical issues and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I have to give a 5-star shoutout to Tavella Electric!!! Justin and his assistant Dominic were both extremely knowledgable, very professional, very clean, and very reasonably priced, and even worked around my schedule to complete the job. This is what good customer service is all about!!! They put up a retro light fixture in my kitchen and now it look so nice! I have to say Justin is definitely a perfectionist, and he went out of his way to be sure I was happy with the outcome of how the light looked. The whole experience was just very refreshing in the sense that it is so difficult to find good ppl these days. I highly recommend them and will gladly refer anyone I know to them who may need electrical work done. Great job guys! Thank you so much!!
