Terrible, Nightmare. If you want to be in trouble, go for him. and good luck with your next project. He can take all your money, and run away without completing the job. I have never met a contractor like this before. Very very dishonest, and unprofessional! Worst experience ever. Go for him, if you want to lost money!

I had a great experience with this company and would refer him to friends and family . He was very fast or communicating with me threw the project and got all the work done in a timely manner. His employees were very nice and they where very neat in the process.

The work was done in a timely fashion and well under the other 2 quotes that we had received form other installers.

They came over the morning after the water was discovered. Joe gave me two options (try a quick fix for $600 or dig up and replace the main under the sidewalk for $2500). Joe explained that if they tried the $600 fix and it didn't work, the $2500 option would be required. Joe offered his expert opinion that the bigger fix was needed, but completely left the decision up to me. I went with the big fix, and sure enough the entire sewer main had cracked under the sidewalk. Joe's team showed me the results so I'd know they weren't just doing extra work for the money. Even though it was holiday season, and cold, Joe and his team came the next day b/c I was without water until it got fixed. They replaced the sidewalk where it was dug up, and their replacement sidewalk looks better than the original. Joe ultimately saved me money and gave me a very fair price. Also, it's worth noting that on the initial day I called, Joe himself was under the weather. Despite being sick that next day he still came to my house himself to investigate. Honest work from an honest man.
