Unload cabinetry from truck and place in home. Seal off the areas of the home near the project to keep dust at minimum. Remove all drywall & plaster from walls and ceiling as per Performance Kitchens layout. Remove all soffits above kitchen cabinets. Remove existing flooring down to original flooring in kitchen and dining room areas. Remove old door and cut a new opening for new door location as per Performance Kitchens' layout. Preserve brick from new opening and use to close existing opening. Supply and install new glass exterior door in new door location. Supply and install vinyl stationary glass window in old door location as per Performance Kitchens layout. Use preserved brick to close up any remaining space around new window and try keep back wall to look as original as possible. Supply and install new framing on walls and ceiling where needed as per Performance Kitchens' layout. . Supply and install new drywall on walls and ceiling as per Performance Kitchens layout. Tape and Spackle all drywall ready for paint. (Paint by others) Install all Kitchen cabinets and molding supplied by owner as per Performance Kitchens' layout. (Counter tops by others) Install all hardware on cabinets supplied by owner. Supply and install glass shelving for cabinetry and framed doors. (Clear glass only) Supply and install all finished carpentry needed for doors, baseboards and trims. Move HVAC condenser and vents as necessary to new location. Install backsplash supplied by owner. Supply and install all rough electrical lines for entire project as per Performance Kitchens layout. Supply and install recessed lighting, hockey puck lighting, and low voltage under counter lighting and bounce lighting as per Performance Kitchens suggested lighting plan. Install new foyer and chandelier fixtures supplied by owner. Supply and install all finished outlets, switches and dimmer switches.

(Wolf cabinets) along with two custom cabinets. (Hudson style, Heritage brown, chocolate glaze) Coordinate and oversee installation of Corian countertops. (Kitchen floor on diagonal) Remove all trash from job site. Remove tile in dining room area. Remove all concrete wet bed under kitchen and dinning room floors. Supply and install all additional 1/2 & 1/4 wonder board in kitchen and dinning to get tile floor even with hardwood floor. Install additional tile in dinning room supplied by owner. Supply and install Prime round trim throughout entire condo. Remove all trash from job site. Install new doors and bi-fold doors and supplied by owner. Supply and install stone along the front bottom of fireplace. Supply and install remnant granite chosen by owner. Remove all trash from job site. Supply and install all materials needed to prep walls and ceiling throughout entire condo. Repair existing closet shelving and add new hanging bars for 4 closets. Bars supplied by contractor. (Original quote was for three closets but there are four closets)
