All Pro Roofing Corporation

Yeah, this guy is a known scammer in Philly. He had a company named "Sal's Watertight Roofing", where he scammed my elderly mother who has Alzheimer's out of almost $10,000. He had his worker (Juan, I believe) drive my mom to her bank to withdraw money to give to Sal as a "loan". My mom thought she was helping him... His businesses are always linked to random addresses; CVS pharmacies, a hotel suite, or a PO box. Just look at their rating on the BBB, that says it all. The address on file is a PO box! His real name is Simo Essakhri, but he's used Sal and Frank Boyce as aliases. His wife, or girlfiend, is Brook Garcia. I believe their house is somewhere in Rosedale, MD.

Scam Alert! Run away from these guys! Currently they're under investigation for contractor fraud. I signed a contract with All Pro Roofing Corp and gave them 50% of the contract price because they claimed they could install a new roof for me the very next day. They scheduled a work day and they never showed up! I cancelled the contract within 3 business days of signing the contract. According to the law, contractors have 10 business days after a customer's valid cancellation (within 3 business days of signing) to return the customer's deposit. The deposit I gave them of more than $3,000.00 was never returned. Now they ignore my phone calls, and I have had to resort to our legal system for justice. This company is a fraud!

The worst company ever. Do your homework and google this guy first. Waitibg for a roof since July. Have a contract to prove it ! Yet he wont meet w me to cancel yet he met me to take my 4K right away. His real name is Michael Keiner and hes on parole for theft. I now have to sue him to try and get my money. And im not the only one!
