The business owner is awful to work with, extremely hostile and is very much a bully. Avoid this business. We unfortunately inherited this company because we bought a house in 2020, and the previous owner had used them as a roofer. We were informed when we bought the house that the 15 year roof warranty was transferred, it was actually a term of agreement when we bought the house. This company does not care if you have a warranty with them. They do not care if their roof is causing leaks. They will not humor you by coming out to look at the roof. They will void your warranty without cause, and the business owner will threaten you with being an FOP member and leave you nasty voicemails. When asking for warranty information so that we could go after the previous owner of our house, we received incredibly terrible and alarming voicemails from the business owner. He had actually been generally nice up until we asked for the warranty and tried to get him to come look at our leak. He even legit called me a princess, said that I don't own my home, and yelled at my partner multiple times. He cussed and was hostile us without being provoked. We actually filed a police report to alert them that the owner may come to our house without a cause and try to be violent towards us - especially since the owner repeatedly threatened us multiple times. We've had a leak in our home for over a year now, and have struggled to fix it. We finally hired a leak detection company to come help us figure out what's going on, after struggling for a couple of months to try to get All Seasons Roofing to come look at the leak. The leak detection company informed us the leak is happening on the roof next to our chimney, on the roof next to the gutters, and also that our roof is completely separating from the outer rim of the roof and that it needs to be patched. There's a lot of issues with our roof, and it was done in 2017. We tried to get Craig from this company to come look at our roof, or send anyone out, he stood us up over six times. Then claimed he showed up at our house when he didn't (we have cameras... we can hear knocks even if we're in our bedroom on the second floor). I am concerned writing this review, but would honestly rather alert everyone that this is not a business you should work with. Possibly if you are a misogynistic, bully yourself then you could work with them.

There were 8 cancellations in total of when they were going to work on the roof which ended up not starting the project for 2.5 months while water continued to leak from roof into 3rd floor. Excuses each time and multiple phone calls to me literally SCREAMING at the top of his lungs when I said they need to come out and do the work they promised. He took $250 off the total project cost because he had to cancel AGAIN. The contract was not HICPA compliant and missing several mandatory inclusions that made it a void contract. After the job was finished, it rained again and guess what.. same water leak, exactly the same as before. I called in 2 other certified contracting companies to look at the roof deck door and both companies told me how the job was done incorrectly. Door wrong size (even though they told me they had to special door size for this), materials used were wrong materials (indoor not outdoor materials), not sealed correctly, etc. I told All Seasons Roofing what the other contractors found wrong with their work and got a phone call and text screaming/threatening to "throw those f*cking contractors off my f*cking roof". Craig is the absolute most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my entire life. I am now having to pay a new contractor to fix their $3500 work (which now I’m learning is double the price of what the other contractors would have done it for, correctly).
