We removed the existing shingles around a pipe penetration. We replaced a small section of sheathing, installed ice and water shield for added protection, installed a new pipe collar and installed 30 year architectural shingles to match the rest of the roof.

The header had an enormous amount of damage causing the porch to start caving in. We had to tear the whole structure down and start from scratch. We reframed the entire porch, installed new 30 year architectural shingles, flashed the perimeter with custom bent metal, and installed new soffit to the porch ceiling. We also installed new 30 year architectural shingle to the main roof.

The client decided he wanted to give his property a face lift. After calling us to come out to give him a free estimate, he decided he would go with us. We were able to provide him with a new porch roof consisting of 30 year architectural shingles, new 4 inch K gutters to go along the roof line and to top the whole front off a fresh coat of paint.
