The guy that came to our home was always super nice. However, now we need a new furnace and when I called to schedule the estimate, the woman (now I know is the owners wife) was so rude that I now have an appointment with a different company. You would think after reading some of these reviews he would fire his wife or give her some training on dealing with the public etiquette.

Don’t waste your time with these people. They have no respect for you, your family, or your property. His wife, the secretary of their business, is hateful as well.

He is totally careless to his customers and their homes. Also his wife is just as rude, definitely don’t need to be dealing with the public

Extremely disrespectful company run by people of ill repute. I am astounded at their terrible customer service and blatant disregard for safety.
