Buyer beware! Mr. Joe Deets seemed nice at first. He was supposedly fixing my dishwasher and gave some good tips. He had to come for a followup visit to install the part, but we had the same problem. He came again almost a month later and still no repair. Finally, after another month he scheduled an appointment only to cancel at the last minute and offer a refund which we have not received after nearly 3 weeks. Unfortunately, our dishwasher was never fixed and I will have to go to small claims court.
