Abracadabra Carpet Cleaners

Go somewhere else. Save your money. Throw your money away. Anything would be better than wasting your time and money with this place. Abracadabra was extremely disappointing. Only hire them to clean your carpets if your carpets are already clean. If they are dirty and need to be cleaned, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I would review as 0 if possible. They charged $350 for carpet cleaning of ~2300 sq ft (including stairs) - 7 bedrooms in Aug 1, 2019. The guy came and was probably 20 years old, and cleaned the entire house in 1.5 hours. We have had our carpets cleaned before and it took 3 hours. Why was this so short? Because the young guy did not care about quality or doing the job right. He was not properly trained and clearly only cared about QUICKLY doing the work and then going somewhere else. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY. They do not work hard, scrub the stains, or spend extra time and care. They just quickly go over the carpet, take your money, and then go to the next unsuspecting customer. We have small kids and a dog who has had a lot of accidents in the house. There were a lot of stains and urine spots that we wanted the carpet cleaners to take care. We opted for the pet treatment, extra strength chemicals, deodorizer, etc. NONE OF IT HELPED. The stains are still there. It is embarassing. We moved all the furniture but the carpet still looks bad. We immediately started calling other companies and are considering paying another $400 to clean the carpets where Abracadabra could not. We asked the employee to do the stains again, he half-heartedly tried and then said that he could not get them out. We called Jeremy Schroeder the owner and he DID NOT CARE. He said that they do not promise getting stains out and therefore there was nothing he could do. Clearly he is NOT CONCERNED about happy customers. I believe as a company they are doing too many things - cleaning carpets, ducts, tile, carpet install, painting, junk removal. They DO NOT DO ANY OF IT WELL. Seriously, save your money and go somewhere else. You will not be satisfied and will feel like you wasted your money. Do it right the first time.
