Arizona's Mr Fix It

A job that should have been complete in 2 days turned into 4 & left me with a whopping bill of $799. The workers are slow & not very experienced. I guess that's what happens when you don't hire licensed professionals. They came without proper tools. Went out to buy them & then came back & put them together on MY time. Trips to Home Depot for "parts" took over one hour-I live exactly 1.6 miles from Home Depot. First worker installed a bathroom vanity & left with the plumbing leaking. Second worker installed a total of 6 tiles of backsplash behind vanity. He had to cut 3 pieces to get one to correctly fit around outlet on wall. Guess if I had't bought extras that would have cost me another trip to Home Depot. A simple bathroom store unit -5 pieces total, took 6 hours to put together. Nice enough guys but not enough experience & work way too slow.

DO NOT USE!! We had 3 doors installed. 2 doors are ruined because the handyman was in a hurry to leave, allowing the foam to harden and spread across the finished doors. The other door was not installed squarely so light comes in through the top. When talking to them to complain the "manager" says she will come out with the handyman and she doesn't even bother showing up. The handyman's response, "sorry." Will NEVER use again and would never recommend to anyone else.

Arizona's Mr. Fix-It was a fabulous find for us!! Linda the owner responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled us for 5 projects, on fairly short notice, as we are getting ready for visitors. The work was done on time & very thoroughly; the workman explained to us what needed to be done and even helped us remove our glass door for re-screening. We are very satisfied with both the work and the customer service, and this company will be our new Handyman-of-Choice! Holli & Luis Alarco
