Jason is incredibly easy and polite to talk to and resects your time by not rushing to get off the phone . In my opinion that speaks volume these days because of all the flakes i had bad experiences coming to my home or not because thry cancel or reschedule when i already took a day off. His prices are fair and will respond within an hourvif uou text him . I hired him to do a binch of leojects and he has yhe ability to pretty much do anything but the pool !! I'm giving Jason (I think that was his name only 3 stars instead of 5 because of his lack of follow up. His work was excellent and he even did extra and gave me valuable advice which was cool and I tipped him accordingly but after 2 requests and sending him my email twice, I never got a receipt from him or documentation on future quotes. Follow up is very important to me. Too many other handymen who want the work, I'm not going to wait 2 weeks for a quote. I'd recommend he get an assistant if he can't respond to at least clients requesting a receipt. If you have him do work for you, I'd recommend asking him for a receipt while he's there and if he gives you quotes for future work, have him write it down while he's there.
