Do NOT use Kent Axtel no matter what business he is listed under. His license is revoked with ROC and he is a scam artist. He took 3,000 from us and never returned. We have a judgement against him… Save yourself from being ripped off..

Listen Everyone, especially the guy who made the post about this man Kent Axtell and his wife Janice stealing money and using fake names!!!! I have evidence of this that he likely conned innocent people into signing a trust agreement that turns over their estates to fake family members they create. Real family members get nothing or whatever they feel like giving. So listen, if you feel like you were wronged after a family members passing please please reach out we can help, or at least least try. You’re not crazy, people of the “enlightenment era” grew up in the depression and didn’t take risks like taking out money against their houses. He has lawyers working with him too when carrying out the second part of the scam, foreclosure sales. Double dipping Asshole will be stopped but the more victims the better and more likely chances of recovering losses. Fayesjoy34@gmail.com

Avoid this "handyman" at all costs even if you need to go to a better company that might cost a bit more. A family member found a yellow flyer on their door about the company and it seemed like an alright option and they knew we needed a repair done so they texted me Kents name and phone number. He seemed friendly on the phone and even came by the same day I called him, he gave us a reasonable quote on the repair and had the paper work and his business cards with him. We had one other guy come out prior to quote the repair but he literally wanted what I could buy a used car with which is why we called kent, everything seemed in order while he was there. BUT I should have done more research on him and his so called company before committing to getting a repair done, should be called the neighborhood scammer. Signed the paper work and paid for the repair on October 6th, was told he was going to put the supplies order in that day and it would be repaired within 8-10 days. Cue to the 20th of October, not a damn peep from them so I called to see what the hold up was. No answer at their office number, so I texted his number and got an excuse the computers were slow so the paper work wasn't put in yet but they would call the next day, they didn't. My husband had a feeling we were scammed, but we have it a few more days because sometimes things do happen and work needs to be pushed back a little. Called again on the 23rd. Got an excuse that the office girl was sick, they hadn't put in the paper work yet along with something happening to make the parts to where they couldn't be ordered yet and again would "call me the next day" SURPRISE, no one ever did. So follow up on the 28th this time got some BS line that the paper work was in my husbands name that's why they couldn't find it (it isn't, the paper work is in my name). So that leads to November 2nd, did a bit of research on him and found tons of horrible reviews and people he has screwed over. So called again and was told they couldn't "find the paper work" in the system and the office girl said no one ever said anything to her about the work order, even though I had called several times and left voice mails about the work order. I told them I wanted a full refund or I was going to file a police report with the local neighborhood crime department and somehow between myself and my husband calling actually got someone out to the house with a mostly refund. Kent sent out some guy to drop off the cash, which was $45 less than we had paid him BTW. I have no idea how this guy is still able to pretend like he has an actual business and screw people out of money. However I am thankful I didn't have to go through a legal process to get the money back like I've read others had to do. So our whole experience was us losing $45 and having to listen to a bunch of lies.
