I have over 15 years experience doing repair type work. After retiring from the US Air Force as an aircraft mechanic and later a facilities manager I went on to work for a small private college here in Tempe. While working there I did all types of repair work maintaining a 50,000 sq. ft. building. I remodeled numerous classrooms and practical labs, took out and built walls, installed new plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems. After 10 years there, I decided I wanted to use my expertise in a different way, and thus SML Property Services LLC was born. Please give me a call for all of your home maintenance needs!
