I had a spur of the moment deep clean from a rental I had in Scottsdale . My last renters left it lets just say all I didn't see was a dead body I didn't think I would even get a company to agree to step in the house not alone clean it "if it could actually be cleaned". Well the girls from cleaning concepts really gave me faith after seeing the amazing job Terri and Michael did I thought I was going to lose my whole rental for at least 2 months these two jumped right in and within 72 hours I had a beautiful prestine home again! they both reassured me the whole time that I would be amazed at the home after they had finished and needless to say my faith wasn't that strong I had seen the damage I didn't think much hope. They absolutely deserve the highest of all reviews after seeing the transformation and at the cost of a regular clean its amazing what this company can do with the very worst of situations without any concern and smile the whole process wow is all I can say they cleaned my disaster in less than a week and charged me nearly nothing for the most amazing job ever. I use to employ a well known, local cleaning company for deep cleaning 3 of my vacation rental properties in Scottsdale on a regular basis. That was until I discovered, I was being over-charged for inferior results. About 6 months ago, my business partner had to take care of things while I was on vacation. Unaware that we used the same cleaning service for over a year, he hired a new cleaning company, At first, I was concerned because the price charged by Cleaning Concepts was much less than the amount we normally are charged. In fact, we saved over $200.00 on the first 3 initial visits. When I visited the properties I expected the worst, and thought that I'd be force to have our normal cleaners come out and get the properties rental-ready. I was wrong. The rental units never looked better. Needless to say, Cleaning Concepts is now the only cleaning company we'll use.
