Tom Buzzelli has been our HVAC vendor for the last 6 years. Probably the best way to describe Tom is that he manages his business with the utmost integrity. His approach is with the utmost consideration for what's best for the customer. Many times he has taken extra time to troubleshoot an issue only to resolve it without the need for an expensive fix. The loss of productive time has to be frustrating for a small business owner but the ethics with which he conducts business has kept my wife and I as a customers all these years. Tom with Bizzelli air is the most honest and reliable serviceman I have ever known other than my Dad. My air went out in the summer and he worked late into the night to make sure I had air and when he saw another problem he fixed it at no charge. Other people may have ignored it or charged me they the roof. This company is top notch! You won't be disappointed.
