Clarke Air Conditioning installed our AC unit. No issues until this year when AC went out. Called Clarke AC but they couldn't help so called a different AC company. The tech told us the wiring had not been safely secured when the install was done. Wires were left hanging loose and the high voltage wire was able to rub against a hot copper pipe. The casing on the wire burned through. When the wire came into contact with the copper pipe it caused an explosion big enough to punch a hole in the pipe. All the freon ran out of the unit. The repair cost over a thousand dollars. Clarke said in an email he would reimburse us for the negligence but it was just a case of "check is in the mail" and we never got any reimbursement. Steer clear of this company. There are too many reputable AC companies out there than to risk dealing with this one.
