Timothy from Jabba saved me! And probably saved my job! I rely on Jabba internet, as I work remotely, frequently from RV in parks supported by Jabba internet. The internet at Thousand Trails campground in Russian River was NOT functioning at all for anyone when I checked-in. Thanks to Timothy's extensive trouble shooting, guidance, and perseverance, now the entire campground/RV park has internet!!! Fantastic--now I don't have to check-out early. I was not going to be able to return to this park without internet and it would not have been repaired, if it weren't for Timothy's help.

Stayed at Petoskey Bay RV resort in Michigan. Signed up for the service to use while we were there and they have apparently continued to charge me each month since then with no notice, invoice, or warning. Very dishonest!

We have stayed at Royal Coachman RV Resort in Nokomis FL a number of times. Each time we've stayed at this park we've signed up for the fee-based WiFi service offered by Jabba Communications. And each time we've subscribed we've experienced terrible performance using their network. The network actually works half the time. The rest of the time paid subscribers are stuck with failed service. We've called their technical support repeatedly but they say they can't fix anything to improve the service. We've asked the campground to look at replacing Jabba Communications as the WiFi service provider. We hope they do that soon so their customers don't have to pay a fee for having with no internet access!!

We live in Viewpoint RV and Golf Resort in Mesa,AZ and Jabba is our wifi supplier and by the way we have no other choice. This company is absolutely the worst wifi company we have ever dealt with...there is nothing even remotely close to being as bad as this company! We have had an antenna installed on our house in hopes of having this solve the poor service and even that has not helped other than for us to pay higher monthly fees. Since this review doesn't go lower than 1 star that's what they get! I can't understand how some of the reviews would give them 4 or 5 stars.
