Rogelio's Pool Plastering

Had to fire him after 8 weeks due to lack of progress and poor quality. We hired him to refinish our pool and add a baja bench but his workers poured the concrete up to the tile level and then had to come back and chip it out. They also shaped it wrong and the steps were out of level by 1" from side to side. The concrete worker gave me his card and it turns out he is a landscaper! So our pool has been chipped out for over 8 weeks now and I wish we had never gone with this guy. Pay a little more and get a quality registered contractor to do the work.
