My manager found Enrique to do a tub drain repair just above the p-trap on a 2nd floor apartment. We also had a bad seal at the overflow. The quote was $350. At the end of the job I had a call and the contractor wanted $450. He also said no seals are available for the overflow and after a callback he came and sealed the whole overflow with silicone. After a second callback he came and fixed it properly. The first floor tenant complained meanwhile about making a mess during the repairs. The plumber has been paid and the repair is complete, but this was not a good experience.

Do not trust AZ Teo's Plumbing. due to city not approving my permit for the job. Teo's Plumbing would not refund 1/2 of my deposit. originally wrote a check for $2400 which is 1/2 of the $4800 quoted price for the project. Teo's Plumbing did started a little bit of work. I was willing to only get half of my deposit back due to the little work that was done. after numerous calls and spoke with the owner and they are not willing to provide me back with the $1200 which is only half of the deposit and now they are not even returning my calls.
