Sun State Pools

What can I say about this company...... Stay away. I have been understanding with COVID that issues and delays are going to happen. They quit cleaning pools in the middle of summer when it's impossible to hire another company. I get staff shortage but not returning calls is not acceptable. They fixed an issue with my filter (went bad after first visit) and it came with a warranty. Over three weeks ago the pool filter started leaking at the joints that they replaced. I have been calling and get no return calls for over three weeks. I sent a chat on Friday and was told to call back after the holiday. Fine everyone deserves time off. I've called every day and no one answers. It's the same voicemail every time. Strange they haven't updated their auto attendant to not feature maintaining pools since they are no longer doing those. I have done everything i can to get them to respond and repair my pool so i can get it maintained before I have a major issue. We can't swim because i can't get the pool cleaned until the repairs are done. Trust the reviews that are negative....i can confirm there is little follow-up or care for their customers investments. I'm really hoping to avoid legal remedies to get this resolved. Update they are not honoring their warranty because of this review. Don't do business with them. I tried to give a smaller company support and this is the end result.
