Zona Roofing

I had them estimate my home for flat roof repair and they backed out of the job with a really weak excuse 4 days out. They said my roof is not a good match for them. I think they got a bigger paying job that day and bailed out on me. I am 100% service connected disabled veteran, I can not do the roof myself. I paid over half down with a insurance check because my flat roof tile blew off in August and I and it took 3 months to get settlement. Meanwhile all I have up is plastic and the roofing company knew how desperate I was. They cancelled me 4 days away from the date. I can not find another roofer on short notice it's going to be another long wait. No thanks to Zona roofing. They really let me down and left me stranded with a poor excuse. I will let the Veteran community and the disabled community know they should not do business with this company every place I can review this unprofessional company. They really put a hurt on me bailing out, don't let them do this to you.

We all know when rain happens in Arizona that is when we test our roofing. I have a large walk out deck in my home and after the rain I noticed cracks at the top and underside of the walk out upper balcony. I called Zona Roofing and had someone out to the home to look at it and do a temporary fix so no further damage will occur until I can get this sealed which I will have them do also. I would highly recommend this company if you need anything related to roofing looked at in your home.
