With over 15 years of Construction experience with a Bachelors Degree in Construction from the Ohio State University and Advanced Concrete & Grouting from Colorado School of Mines, the inspector/owner has worked his way up from laborer to Project Manager. His experience ranges from Heating and Cooling to Concrete/Utility Work. Kevin has over 8 years of Real Estate experience and saw first hand a need for good inspectors; which is why Woodard Inspections & Services was created. The owner Kevin is a former Superintendent of Construction for a large home builder.Kevin resides in Pickerington with his wife of eight years and five year old son Nolan. Woodard Inspections provides quality, timely work for home buyers and sellers. He is very thorough in his inspections and detailed in his reports. Knowing what you’re getting into when buying a house is extremely important and I’d trust him to give me all the information possible to make an informed decision. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who is in the process of buying or selling a home.

Woodard Inspections is a great, respectful, professional, highly-experienced and knowledgeable company. They schedule quickly, charge reasonably, and are thorough. They use great technology to assist with their inspections. And to top it off, the owner, Kevin, is a great person.

I hired Woodard Inspections to help me find issues to have fixed with my home before selling it. Kevin was awesome and the buyers inspector didn't find anything that Kevin hadn't already advised me on. He also did the inspection of my new home as it was being built. I will definitely use them again!
