Shawn has been doing work for us for years and has never let us down. He and patrick remodeled our 12ft deep concrete pool last summer and the result was fantastic. Shawn is very good at what he does. My husband loves the guy and that's rare.

We had a bathroom done by Shawn and it turned out great!

Warning, this guy misrepresents himself as a General Contractor on this site, he is NOT one. He actually did an ok job on the bathroom floor tile, but absolutely horrible job on the shower and bath wall tile. I wish this site would allow photos to be added, you would be horrified at the results. Patterned Tile installed without aligning patterns, huge gaps in corners filled with caulk, too many tile installed at once, causing tile to collapse on one another and setting up crooked. He actually tries to make you pay for things he installs incorrectly, such as the tile mentioned earlier. Additionally, he appears to make an estimate knowing he will not do the job for that amount, and then after half way through it, makes substantial increases to the estimate, that isn't even close to the original. Keeps insisting that he will offer a cheaper price if paid in cash, that was my mistake. Also, he does not have sufficient operating capital, so, he keeps his customers paying up front for shoddy work, cash preferred. Additionally, his electrical guys have cut power to the back corner of my house, I looked in the attic and saw electrical wires sticking up from the insulation after installing a vent. I am seriously afraid its going to burn down when i am asleep. I had to ask him to leave my property, now he is making legal threats. I guess we will see where this goes through the courts. Be ready to hire an attorney to protect yourself if you hire this guy! As a side note, his truck burned down in my driveway, almost setting my house on fire, but did melt a friends taillight and my sons basketball goal.
