Hired this company to replace a deck on our house. The materials they used were poor. The workmanship was worse. Rotting floor boards, miter joints that did not match. They told me on several occasions they would fix the issues, but I am still waiting six months later. I am in the process of redoing the entire project because two different contractors have told me the work does not meet code. Will never work with this group again.

**This business will take your money and then tell you its your fault if something is wrong** This business installed a new total roof to my house prior to buying. Paperwork along with the owner states warranty. Roof leaked and the owner sent someone over and put CALK on my roof. After paying out of pocket to replace back half of roof due to improper install - VERIFIED BY THREE OTHER LOCAL ROOFING COMPANIES AND INSURANCE, WITH PICTURES TO SHOW NO FLASHING INSTALLED - HENCE THE LEAK INTO MY HOUSE (another out of pocket expense to fix dry wall and mold) the owner will only return calls to yell and stated that I am a fraud. There is several judgments against this business in both Greenville and Anderson Counties. The business is not license for most of the work they claim they can do and no record of pulling permits as needed. They are only permitted for roofs, siding and gutters - NOT ELECTRIC, FLOORING, DRY WALL ETC. The owner was also stellar member of the community with pending felony prostitution charges pending. Normally the business will remove all negative comments.
