Horrible experience and terrible job. It took over a month to complete, when it was supposed to take less than a week. They never worked full days, just a few hours here and there. One day they would answer the calls and one day they don't.They gave us an estimate and at the end it was double the price they quoted. They cracked the concrete of my side walk by driving over it with their truck. Didn't level the ground to make it the same level. Until this day they refuse to give us a receipt for all the horrendous job they did that costed us 10,000. They stated they would come and fix the job but of course no call and no show. DO NOT HIRE KLM, you will be disappointed and end up with a terrible job paying someone else to fix the mess they did. He lies, does not provide what he agrees to, and any guarantees he makes have no merit. His intention is taking your money and not providing the proper service paid for or give you a receipt for the work. Once the money is paid, your satisfaction is the last consideration this company and individual has for you.Avoid KLM at all costs.
