A repair ticket for my dishwasher was referred to Laha’s appliance repair through American Home Shield. I had to call them to schedule the appointment, but they had a technician at my home within a couple of days (Friday morning.). Tech. diagnosed tue problem and noted a list of parts he’d need to order. Said he’d probably be back the following Tuesday. That Tuesday came and went with no update. Figured they would call me when the parts were in and just let it go l. Started following up again the *following* Wednesday. Left some messages with Laha’s but got no calls back. Called AHS and was told that Laha’s never ordered any parts. AHS claimed to be speaking with Laha’s at that very moment and getting parts ordered. I had to leave 6 voicemails in 10 minutes later that day to get Laha’s to call back, and the owner lied to me, claiming the parts had been ordered 12 days ago, and criticized my “tone” when I asked him what he could possibly have been thinking in just SITTING on my work order for 12 days and then lying to me about it. AHS confirmed (through tracking detail) that the parts had been received by Laha’s that Friday. Now it’s the following Thursday and I haven’t received a single response to the dozens of voicemails and texts I send to Laha’s asking them to get a tech kit to complete the repair. AHS also says that Laha’s has not responds to them at all since ordering the parts (I call every day and prompt AHS to follow up.) It doesn’t help that he leaves his voicemail full for days on end. After I realized that Laha’s had just sat on the repair doing nothing for 12 days, I tried googling them and learned that what I experienced was a repeated pattern. (The yelp reviews in particular don’t seem to have been scrubbed yet,) Wouldn’t recommend Laha’s to anyone, ever. It’s conceivable that could change if they called me back and apologized and told me that their accounts had all been taken over by deranged martians for a couple of weeks and that they’d be out tomorrow to complete the repair.

Laha's Appliance Repair did a great job with my washer. They were prompt and friendly. The Tech was very Knowledgeable of my washer. When he left , no mess or clean up by me. All was clean and in place. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a repair on an appliance. Local in Pittsboro, NC.

Laha's has assisted us on two occasions and provided quality work both times. They were able to resolve our repair needs correctly. I would suggest giving them a try. - Brett

I have had the most pleasant experience with Laha's appliance. Andy Laha is incredibly responsive, and the technician he sent to my home was polite, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. There aren't many repair companies in the area who will work on Electrolux appliances, and even though my appliance's issue was a tricky one, they helped me make sure it all went smoothly. Top-notch service. Reputable company. I will definitely call them again if I run into other issues.
