Carol Flaherty renovations

Sir or Madam, Good afternoon, my name is DJ Avery & I am writing to you today to warn you of a situation close by in your neighborhood. I hired a company called “Carol’s Renovation” which is owned & run by John & Carol Flaherty. They were supposed to renovate a house for me but they only took my money & ran. I hired a lawyer & won a lawsuit against them in the amount of $87,323.10, but, you guessed it, they have not paid me one penny. I am now stuck with a torn apart home that I am losing money on daily due to not being able to sell or rent it. Every so often John will contact me & tell me that he is going to make a payment to me toward the judgement. But, you guessed it, he never follows through. This diabolical duo knew that this renovation was being done to put a nest of money away for my son’s future. Specifically, it was going into a college savings plan. So, not only has he stolen money from myself and my wife, he has stolen from a less than 2-year-old boy. That’s your neighbor! Just so you know, I am not making idle/fraudulent talk here, this is a documented lawsuit which has been filed at the courthouse. The case was filed with the Allegheny County court house around 10January2017. (See page 2) I wrote this partly because I have no more recourse through the legal system, partly because I am stuck holding a home because they stole my money, partly because I am mad & also because I thought it would be nice to warn the public as much as I can. Don’t make the mistake of hiring this company, they are thieves & you will regret it as I do. Regards, DJ Avery
