For new homes we test and inspect for code and above code programs like Energy Star. We also do heat loss and gain calculations and design HVAC systems. In existing houses, we do energy and comfort studies to help home owners figure out how to make their houses perform more comfortably and more efficiently. If you want us to prepare proposals for necessary modifications, we are happy to do so. If you want only the audit report we are pleased to provide that service.
