I hired Amilli Painting and landscaping to do a concrete and retaining wall job at an investment property I own. He started the job in October of 2017. He was making progress on the job so I paid him his requested installment which amounted to over 90% of the total estimate. After that point he basically never did any more work. He just cited the weather despit many nice days and refused to have his crew work a weekend day even though he had not completed the job and had partially demolished the steps from the parking to the house. As of June of 2018 I was still trying to give him a chance to make things right but he had no intention of doing so and never took any ownership for the situation. I had to pay somebody to finish the job despite the fact that I had paid 90% of the estimate and an additional 900 to cover something I had outlined in our conversation but he said wasn't in his estimate. The back steps and wall were partially demolished and left in that condition. The front wall was half as high as contracted and was never backfilled. Earth was falling over top of it. He left supplies and debris in the parking lot from October 2017 until June 2018 until I paid to have them removed. The concrete work his team did is already washed out and looks 20 years old and is cracked. He refused to repour the front steps even though it is clearly in the contract and his patch job was crumbling immediately. In the end he just gave me his insurance who would not cover the damage to my property. I lost my tenants, months of rent and paid twice for the same work. I would recommend never hiring Michael Skoncey for any work of any sort. He has no integrity. He makes it seem as if he has a family business but he just hires sub-contractors and takes no accountability for the results. I only gave one star because 0 stars is not an option

Ok Not consistent w their biweeekly lawn schedule which led them to cutting my grass every 3-4 weeks. When I complained about it I was told I should have asked for a weekly cut instead of biweekly if my grass is that long. Although if the bi weekly schedule was maintained there would have been no issue (like last season). Was also told start week would be April 30 didn’t see anyone until May 9 (and that was after I asked when someone would be coming). I’m not a complainer, just wanted my yard cut (it’s a very small yard). Disappointed in the service I received after being a customer all last season.

Very honest and hardworking. They came out and put up a 6ft privacy vinyl fence, pressure washed my driveway and painted my shed Highly Recommended
