Freeport Country Manor | Dec 2015 | Two long wine cellar walls converge, curving into this end wall with a splash. Cedar grille, arched mirror, vertical, horizontal and diagonal storage racks add visual diversity and function to this wine cellar. | $6k | Leechburg, PA
Edgewood Basement Hideaway | Dec 2015 | From dungeon to showpiece. This basement sauna is now the perfect hideaway for two hip urban residents to relax after work. | $10k | Pittsburgh, PA
Wexford Family Wine Cellar | Oct 2016 | This wine cellar design was a joint collaboration between the clients and Warm Timber Saunas & Wine Cellars. Two beautiful tile mosaics were created in the arch and wine tasting openings. Maximum visibility of the collection from the living area is achieved by expansive glass surfaces in the front facade. | Wexford, PA
Fox Chapel Sauna with a View | Oct 2015 | The clients had an old damp corner of their basement gym area filled with old file cabinets and records. After removing the file cabinets and cleaning and waterproofing the block walls we built a stand lone sauna just tall enough for air circulation along the walls and above the ceiling for ventilation. A large glass window in the door and a 24" X 36" heat tempered window on the front wall were added to look out onto the gym area and give a more spacious feel to sauna. To complete the project a new door was relocated onto on adjacent wall for access to a powder room. | Pittsburgh, PA
Mars Sauna / Yoga Room | Sep 2015 | In a drafty attic above a 2 car garage, only good for storing boxes and other items, New Angle Designs and our client envisaged a sauna and yoga room. With our help the sauna was incorporated into the attic rafters , sloping down the left side to increase leg room for occupants when lying down on the sauna benches. Now this space is a refuge from the stress of a fast paced world. | Mars, PA
Upper St. Clair Master Bathroom Suite Sauna | Apr 2015 | This sauna is an integral part of a luxurious Master Bath in a newly constructed Upper St. Clair home by Infinity Custom Homes. The all-glass door, front wall window and diagonal cut door were chosen by the clients to contribute to the overall "open" look of the bathroom. | Pittsburgh, PA
Minneapolis Lakeside Sauna | Feb 2015 | This project was built into a space dedicated for a sauna as part of a home gym/ exercise area. The room was not perfectly square when we found it already framed and finished. The job required custom cutting, fitting and precision laser leveling to assure a beautiful end result. | Minneapolis, MN
Mt. Lebanon Family Room Sauna | Nov 2014 | This project was a complete demo of a basement hodge-podge area with many challenging elements such as incorporating overhead duct work (which necessitated lower bench design) building bulkhead to bury exposed electrical conduit and crafting a manual wall panel to preserve access to a plumbing clean out. | Pittsburgh, PA |
