Larry and the Five Star Painting Team where amazing for our interior painting project! Larry made sure every question was answered, and in a timely manner. They were all very detailed, kind, and professional. Good pricing and the project were completed on time. I will be a returning customer as I need my exterior painted as well.

Great company to work with.

I wish I was able to upload the photos of all of the issues and problems caused by five star painting. Unfortunately I was out of town while they were performing the service so I did not get to see that they had no coverings on anything in my home. My baseboards, floor, doors, door frames, staircase, carpet, tile, vanities, everything in my home was covered in speckled/drips/smears of paint. I had numerous issues with the project manager, Peyton. Peyton showed up late a number of times (over an hour on 3 separate occasions) and argued that he couldn’t see the problems that I was showing him, he said maybe I had better eyesight. Larry the owner as well as general manager pushed off all of my calls onto Payton even when I told him that Peyton was unable to provide solutions to all of the problems his company had caused. If I could give zero stars I would. Please look at another company in your local area, trying to figure out a resolution was horribly difficult being they are a franchise. Moving into a new home is hard enough without having to deal with this company and all of the added stress they caused. The project took twice as long as anticipated due to the many issues, they tried to up charge me a second time for more coats of paint even though the painters told me they didn’t do the 3 coats I paid for and cost an arm and a leg. I have another company I had to hire to come out and fix all of the problems Five Star Painting caused. Save yourself and run in the other direction!
