Save yourself the headache. This company is very unprofessional and all they do is keep telling lies to get you off the phone. Over 2 months and still have not fixed my dishwasher after paying for parts and service charge.

I called this company to have them check out our washer and dryer in Oct 2020. They came assessed them and we decided to fix our dryer. They gave a time frame to fix it and they didn’t meet it. So we called to cancel the service since it was taking so long and they didn’t know when it will be done. They were supposed to refund us our money and we have yet to receive it. I’ve called several times and the manager Lisa that answers is rude and continues to say they will look into it. I’m very upset that there’s no one else according to her that I could speak with. This company is a fraud.
