If I could give Fabian and his team more than 5 stars, I would! I purchased a new condo and had several contractors bidding to paint the interior of my new home. However, only one of them was willing to paint it in the tight time frame that I was under. Fabian did not disappoint! I was nervous b/c my nearly 2000sq foot condo needed a lot of painting and he told me that it would take 2-2.5 days. I was nervous about this b/c I felt that the painting would be rushed. But it was not! Not only did they paint it fast, but everything was done exactly perfectly! Fabian is a fair and honest businessman with a great personality. Also, he is overall a joy to work with. He and his team are punctual, fast, efficient, and do an excellent job! I like them so much that I will be hiring them to renovate my guest bathroom next year. I would definitely recommend hiring First Choice above the other local painting contractors out there. I promise 1st Choice won't disappoint!!I give them two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Someone recommended 1st Choice Painting &Remodeling to me and I hired them to do some work at my new house. They finished the work in a short amount of time and yet the paint does not look rushed in any way. It's meticulous. They cleaned up after them themselves and we're polite. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends.
