  | Residential Pipe Lining | Nov 2015 | Pipe Repair/Pipe Lining in New Britain CT. The Pipe Lining process starts with a camera inspection to view your pipes from the inside, using a miniature TV camera, and all blockages and debris are cleaned out. A felt tube, saturated in a special epoxy resin, is inverted into your existing pipes with compressed air. The air pressure allows the liner to fit tightly against the existing pipe walls, where it then cures and hardens completely within hours, giving you full use of your plumbing system. The result is a renewed pipe-within-a-pipe that performs as reliably, if not better, than a replacement pipe. ALL WITHOUT DIGGING! | $9k | New Britain, CT |
  | Pipe Lining | Oct 2015 | Excavation: Line 4" Sanitary line from excavated spot in hallway to manhole outside line approximately 210' of 4" Sanitary. Will jet line to remove rocks prior, also video inspect. We will saw out a 4x4 hole in hallway and cement when done. This project will take two days starting on Friday to excavate and line sewer line on Saturday. PO# MILMI- 00000173272 Labor Change order- Upon lining from the manhole, bladder became stuck. Had to excavate to retrieve bladder (no charge for this). Upon video inspection from hallway out, found that line collapsed due to unknown reasons other then pipe was not sewer pipe. It was thin wall pipe. Excavation had to be preformed by hand due to gas main service being in the same trench. This made the orginal job run behind by 24 hrs, causing work on Sunday and to line multiple time but still lined same distance appox 212' of 4" and installed approx 5' of 4" sch 40.
